KIM WISHNOW-PER. President
For more than 20 years, Kim has helped pharmaceutical clients navigate market access opportunities across dozens of therapeutic areas and products. Kim is a strategic, results-oriented innovator who embraces change, absorbs information quickly, and works collaboratively across functional boundaries. When not at work, you can find her on the tennis court, ski slopes, or traveling abroad.
KAREN SHOSHAN. EVP, Managing Director
Karen’s investment in building long-lasting client relationships, coupled with her more than 20 years of diversified pharmaceutical marketing experience, have made her the strong leader she is today. Her strategic vision and problem-solving skills make her a valuable member, not only for her internal team, but for clients as well. She understands that to bring value to clients, it’s more than listening to what clients say; it’s being forward-thinking about what is not said. When not solving access obstacles, Karen enjoys the outdoors—especially spending time in Vermont in the summer. She is also trying hard to reduce her footprint on the environment through gardening, composting, and recycling.
GREG NOVELLO. EVP, Strategy
With more than 26 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, Greg’s strong breadth and depth in managed markets strategy and marketing brings unparalleled value to his clients. His leadership, ability to garner and understand key insights, and skill at developing relevant and differentiated strategic platforms and solutions deliver measurable results in the payer and purchaser markets. When Greg is not busy strategizing and brainstorming, he enjoys spending time traveling and adventuring with his family.
NANCY CODONER. SVP, Group Director, Content Creation
Nancy’s experience in science and medicine began during high school, when she worked in wildlife rehabilitation for several years. Now a market access executive with more than 15 years in healthcare communications, Nancy has a proven track record of developing creative solutions to overcome access barriers. Her current focus is strategic storytelling—leveraging insights to create compelling communications. Nancy’s experience and leadership bring depth and breadth of market access expertise across key channels and stakeholders for both clients and agency teams. During her downtime, Nancy goes back to her earlier roots through hiking, birding, and wildlife photography.
ORLANDO LOPEZ. SVP, Creative Director
Orlando is a first-generation immigrant from Colombia who arrived in the United States at the turn of the century to pursue a post-graduate degree, and with it found so much more. His career at MHMM started as a freelance assignment more than 15 years ago when a 2-week assignment turned into his life’s calling: putting his creative talent to work helping ensure patients have access to the therapies they need. When not busy at work assisting his team on the pursuit of managed markets creative excellence and helping MHMM earn industry accolades, he is happiest at home going on walks with his wife and their dog, Momo, or traveling abroad and experiencing as much of the world and its diversity as possible.
